At Humas Apparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from your email and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
